You could call it a tradition, or a way to get out o
f the house, but we've established some fun daytime adventures on a pretty regular basis this summer.
This adventure took us to Minnehaha Falls. A beautiful waterfall nestled right in the heart of Minneapolis. Nice, old park filled with history surrounding Minneapolis, and a hot spot to people watch. Oh, the joys of being in the heart of the city. Ate at a great seafood restaurant that's actually attached to the park pavilion. One one side of the pavilion, yummy seafood, the other side, some family reunion. Mike was happy to try the soft-shell crab sandwich. Max loved trying the new food. Alexis settled for a granola bar in my bag.
We walked around the park and found the first home built west of the Mississippi in Minneapolis.
