I mean c'mon. Probably because I grew up in a snowy state, and then moved to another state that really knows how to live with snow (I mean those guys plowed all winter long), but this place gets snow too. Enough snow that you'd think they'd know how to function a little better when a storm is coming.
As predicted, the storm came. And, to the credit of those who live here, the storms really are different than the previous ones I've known. Because the snow falls sideways here. Complete blizzard, stop you in your tracks drifting, and don't even think about plowing until it is over conditions.
Which gave us a day #2 snow day, where the kids bundled up and had some fun with what was out there. Brrr. It was cold. Alexis probably lasted 20 minutes.
