It's funny when you have a kiddo in school every day, and another kiddo who needs a nap, how your window of time for adventures seem to shrink. Add in teaching classes at the gym, with a preschooler's schedule, and the morning window seems to get even smaller.
When Max was a preschooler, it was easy to go on adventures. We went to places all the time. As schedules seem to be a bit different, I try to make a conscious effort to allow times for Alexis to enjoy her own adventures. Heading to the zoo is one of her favorites. Alexis LOVES penguins, and could watch them for ages. Tayler is a huge fan of the entire place and is perfectly content to hang out in the stroller.
Makes me look forward to summer when I have a bit more freedom with all three!
