Little Leprechaun

Max's preschool had a little leprechaun that made messes in their room. So, they set a trap to try to catch him. But those leprechauns are so fast and the kids just missed him every time. But, he managed to leave a small treat inside the trap.

Max was pretty worried about that leprechaun on the first day. He couldn't decide if he was naughty or nice. So, we decided to try out our own trap at home to see how the leprechaun did at the house. Max designed the trap himself. I think it's quite catchy.
Little messes were found around the house, but no leprechaun. Max did a thorough inspection around the house each time, and managed to point out ALL of the other messes, which became quite convenient to pass blame on that leprechaun for. Maybe we should bring these guys out all year round.

Even with the mess, he still had time to leave a few green little treats inside the trap each time.

And, in light of the green holiday, here's a shot of them sporting green (I know, they are sitting on the floor of a germy hotel room. I've seen the news reports. I know. But, they came out alive, so I think we're okay). A few people even stopped to ask Max if he was Irish. Where in the world would they get that idea?
