Alexis had the big T.W.O. I can't believe it's gone by so quickly. She's the sweetest little thing (barely at 23 lbs!) who loves to talk your ear off. I can't believe how many words she says. Definitely a self-starter, independent (especially when it involves food!) and a goof. It's been so fun seeing her personality pop out this past year. Aware and active like her brother, but with a softer edge that makes her such a sweetheart. Loves everything girl, but will jump in and play cars and sword fights with the boys. A coordinated little thing - dances anytime she hears music, has a great throw and three-legged downward-facing dog. Already has dad wrapped around her finger, and can pretty much get anything she wants from him.
Two for two on the bday party. Another one canceled because of sickness (and a good thing as little man ended up with tonsillitis - would hate to have spread that one to the neighbors pre-Christmas!).
Still managed to make her some cupcakes, sing and have a fun time. She was as happy as could be.
Bundled up and so excited to be the shoveling helper. What? You guys had more snow? You betcha. Just a few inches away from the snowiest December ever recorded, and with 1.5 weeks left and snow in the forecast, we just might make it.

It's amazing how fast they change. When you guys left, she seemed so little, now look at her. I still can't get over how she was wearing her princess dress that day when we Skyped. So funny! Tell the kids Hi from all of us. Have a Merry Christmas! Talk to ya soon.
